antsome

Terms of use

Effective 29 September 2026

These are the rules for using Antsome. We've kept them short. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Who we are

Antsome is run by Lost Connection ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@antsome.net.

Who can use Antsome

You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms yourself. Please keep your password to yourself, and don't use someone else's account.

Your content stays yours

You own what you post: your words, photos and videos. To run Antsome, we need your permission to store it (including in backups) and show it to the people you've chosen to share it with, including people on other OFSCP apps if you allow that. You give us that permission, only for running Antsome, and it ends when you delete the content or your account, except for the few things described on Delete your account. We don't use your content for ads, and we don't sell it.

Only post things you have the right to share.

Be decent

Antsome is for people who know each other. Don't use it to:

Other OFSCP apps

Antsome can connect you with people who use other apps on other servers through OFSCP, an open protocol. Those apps and servers are run by other people under their own rules. We're not responsible for them or for what they do with content you share with their users.

Ending things

You can stop using Antsome and delete your account at any time.

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, if it breaks these terms or the law, or to protect people or the service. Where it's reasonable and safe to, we'll tell you why. We may also change or stop offering Antsome. If we ever shut it down, we'll do our best to give you notice and time to export your data first.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Antsome running well, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that nothing you post will ever be lost, so keep your own copies of anything important (the export in You → Settings → Your data helps). As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other people or other OFSCP servers do. Nothing here limits any rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll do our best to let you know before it takes effect. If you keep using Antsome after that, you're agreeing to the new terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
